Return Policy

If you have received an order/item that you no longer want, you can return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The refund will cover the cost of the books returned plus initial shipping costs to compensate for the return shipping. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.

If you have received a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect item(s) in your order you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund. Please reach out to the customer service team BEFORE posting a return, as a return may not be necessary for damaged or misprinted items. A photo of the damage/printing error for our records is required.

To start a return, please use the link above or contact us via email with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not accept returns of:

• Gift Cards
• Digital Products
• Personalized Items
• Item's purchased on sale.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at the email address above.
